With autumn upon us, come inside and enjoy our rich October calendar. Culminating in a special Halloween-themed Friday Late, this month promises a wealth of musical events.

Enlightened Music Lessons

Thursday 5 October, 6.30pm

In this concert, Tabea Debus will showcase music by JS Bach, Telemann and of course Handel, all composed specifically for teaching.

Violin Masterclass

Wednesday 11 September, 2pm

Observe the interaction between master and pupil as Handel House Talent scheme member Naomi Burrell gets a lesson from London Haydn Quartet founder and leader Catherine Manson.

The Court as a Stage

Thursday 12 October, 6.30pm

Oonagh Lee explores the impact that oboists had on London in the 18th century. The concert will include works by Handel, Sammartini and Vincent.

Museums at Night: Halloween Friday Late

Friday 27 October, 7pm

Our spooky evening event will see the house filled with the ghosts of the past and music of our former residents. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to visit the house after hours.
