Handel à la Française

Naomi Burrell (violin), Gavin Kibble (viola da gamba) and David Gerrard (harpsichord) present a programme exploring Handel’s French influences. Handel’s deliciously francophone instrumental music for his opera Alcina will be illuminated by chamber works by his French contemporaries Couperin, Rameau and Forqueray.
