The Sunset of the Harpsichord

Michele Benuzzi (harpsichord)
Description
Despite the harpsichord losing popularity at the end of the 18th century due to the arrival of the fortepiano, composers for the instrument developed a new ‘sensitive style’. Michele Benuzzi plays works by WF and CPE Bach that illustrate this new aesthetic.
