Our general admission programme is packed with ways to explore the House, discover its musical stories and experience the spaces where Handel and Hendrix once lived.

Trail & Crafts
This Easter, enjoy playful trails and creative craft activities designed for children and creative grown-ups alike. Follow clues through the historic rooms as you explore together, spotting hidden surprises along the way. Get hands-on with fun craft activities, including making your own musical egg shaker to decorate and take home.
Explore, create and discover the House and its musical history together this Easter.
Guitar Day
Saturday 4 April
£20 per person (includes general admission)
12–1pm | Talk: The Sound of the Riff!
This month, guitar specialist Nigel explores what he believes to be the top 10 greatest guitar riffs of all time. He’ll break down each riff, explain what makes it so memorable and - of course -show you how to play them.
The talk will include live guitar demonstrations to bring these iconic riffs to life.
1–3pm | Brook Street Jam (Studio)
Bring your guitar and help us fill Brook Street with music in this relaxed open jam session in our Studio.
Volunteer Tour
Sunday 3 April | 13:00 - 14:00

Join one of our excellent Volunteer Guides for a friendly and insightful tour of Handel Hendrix House. Their knowledge is exceptional and their enthusiasm for the House is truly infectious, offering visitors a fresh and engaging way to explore the historic rooms and stories of Brook Street.
Available on a first-come, first-served basis (maximum 10 people per tour).
Baroque n’ Roll Weekend
Saturday 11 & Sunday 12 April

Enjoy live music in both the Handel and Hendrix spaces on the same day. Hear baroque music performed on historic instruments in Handel’s dining room, then step into the 1960s with blues and guitar music in Jimi Hendrix’s bedroom. A unique chance to experience music where it was once written, rehearsed, and played.
