Handel Youth Ensemble
Rising Notes
Our Handel Youth Ensemble launched this September, an exciting new chamber ensemble exploring early music at baroque pitch for under 18s. Come and hear their take on Handel and J. S. Bach in their first concert!
Tickets include entry to Handel’s House 10am-5pm on the day
Please note that the house will close at 5pm in preparation for the concert, doors opening again at 5.45pm
A programme of G. F. Handel and J. B. Bach (a cousin of J. S. working at the ducal court in Eisenach) performed by resident musicians of Handel Hendrix House. Witness the first performance of London’s most exciting new ensemble, and marvel at the extraordinary talent of these future stars. Directed from the violin by the historical specialist Stephane Crayton, and featuring a special guest, this evening is not to be missed, from the French-inspired Plaisirs of Bach’s suite to the exuberant chaconne from Handel’s Terpsicore.
