Jimi Hendrix's legacy and influence are undeniable and continue to inspire musicians and fans worldwide. The force of nature that was Jimi's guitar style has influenced so many guitar players. Let's look at them, we'll look at how the riffs started and how they have moved through music to this day...

12-1pm - Talk "The road to Monterey"
This could be the most important gig in history, guitar driven music would never be the same again after this show. Jimi Hendrix changed the guitar world on the 18th June 1967 - let's look at the gigs and what lead to this life changing show.

Saturday 5th July

12-1pm - Talk "The sound of the Stratocaster "
In Aprils talk we looked at top guitar riff throughout history. In this talk we'll do the same but purely focus on Jimi's riff. We'll turn the strat up loud and play the greatest riffs Jimi ever recorded. We'll look at the guitar style and break each riff down.
